How do you get?

International ports and airports are located in Manila, Sebu and Davao towns. Ninoya Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in Manila is used by virtually all leading international air carriers. International airports in Maktan (Sebu) and Dawao service directly all major Asian international airlines.

The term 1 Manila airport is used for virtually all international flights, such as Qatar Airways, Cathay Pacific, Fly Emirates, Singapore Airlines, etc.

Terminal 2 flights are arriving by Philippine Airlines. Terminal 3 Air Philippines, Cebu Pacific and PhilExpress.

The movement from the terminal to the terminal takes an average of approximately 20 to 30 minutes. There's a bus service between terminals.

Money

Philippine peso (international symbol - PHP, domestic - P) equals 100 statavo. The bills are nominal in 1,000, 500, 100, 50, 20, 10 and 5 pesos, coins in 5 and 1 pesos, and 25 and 10 stavavo.

Banks work from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16.00.

The banks of Manila and other major cities usually change sterling and euros. Outside the capital, the servicing of other foreign currencies is rather problematic, the exchange rate close to the official is offered only by the branches of the Central Bank of the Philippines.

The United States dollar is widely accepted in the Philippines and is often more user-friendly than tourist receipts. Prices are often stated in Philippine pesos and in dollars.

In the banks, shops and hotels of the major cities, the countries have adopted credit cards for the major world systems and tourism cheques, their use is unlikely in the provinces. To avoid additional costs for converting, it is recommended that tourist checks in United States dollars be held. ATM banks are widespread and work 24 hours a day.

It's five hours ahead of Moscow. From last Sunday of March to last Sunday of September, 4 hours.

Internet access is available on a large number of Internet cafes across the country. Access is provided by Cyber Space, Internet Manila and Inter.net Phillipines Inc.
